These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Woosh Putting, including wooshputting.com, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Woosh ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Woosh Putting provides golf putting video capture, AI-powered analysis, session history, tendencies, and related coaching features.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

Pro subscriptions are sold on wooshputting.com and processed by Stripe. The Woosh Putting app may link you to our website to start or manage a subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select (monthly or annual) until you cancel through the billing portal on wooshputting.com/account or as otherwise described at checkout.

Prices, features, and plan details are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice where required by law. Taxes may apply.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the policies presented at checkout or in the billing portal.

You retain ownership of videos, audio, and other content you upload or record through the Service.

You grant Woosh a limited license to host, process, analyze, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating putting metrics, replays, scores, and related outputs.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Putting analysis, scores, and coaching insights are provided for practice and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, or guarantees of on-course performance.

Analysis quality depends on video quality, setup, lighting, and other factors outside our control.

Our Privacy Policy at wooshputting.com/privacy-policy/ explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service, you also agree to that policy.

You may delete your account in the app as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations accrued before termination and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOSH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
